Punta Cana Weather

Well I'm a little nervous with the weather report showing rain everyday, but apparently you have the same amount of rain all year, it's just the intensity of it that is greater in the summer.  Similar to Florida, it's sunny most of the day and you'll have a short rain in the afternoon's.  Let's hope so!  But it looks to be in the low to mid 80's everyday.

Sorry to say Jeff and Risa are not going to make it.  However we wish Risa well in her new job.  Joan and I are excited as ever and are couonting down the days.

7 weeks and counting!!

Okay everyone.....less than 7 weeks away from our Punta Cana vacation!  And the best part is...............it's already paid for!!! 

Dave contacted the Punta Cana / Palace team to get information regarding the tours, etc. that we can use the $1500 towards, in addition to other optional tours.  I'm also checking on what tours we get included in with our memberships versus having to use our $1500 credit so when I get that I'll share that information too.

Below are the tours that the $1500 credit can apply to.  Although, I'm checking to see if any of these are included in our membership and therefore would not be deducted from our $1500 credit. (Similar to Cancun.).  I will let you kow as soon as I hear back.  I will email each of you all the attachments the sent which includes the SPA Menu/prices, The golf prices and the optional tours, as well as the full description of the below tours.  It also has registration forms to send in if you want to pre-register, which is recommended for the SPA, Beauty Parlor and Golf Course.

If you book prior to 10/31/11, they are still offering the $1500 resort credit. For Punta Cana, the resort is actually the Hard Rock Casino resort so I think that you can use some of the resort credit towards the casino, at 1/2 the bet. So if you use $1 resort credit, your bet would be $2.
